Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of our service standards.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train front-of-house team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager to plan short- and long-term projects, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure financial, business, and administrative matters are handled efficiently.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in bar or restaurant operations management.
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Proven customer service and experience delivery skills.
  • Previous associate management experience, including recruitment efforts and on-going training initiatives.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
