Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will work closely with Medicaid clients to determine their eligibility for transportation services and arrange the most cost-effective transportation options to meet their needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels to collect necessary information for transportation requests.
  • Guide clients through the eligibility screening process, identifying required documents and resources for verification and service suitability.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Arabic, or Somali is a plus.
