Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend in Seattle, Washington.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost reports for client presentations and decision-making.
  • Coordinate and analyze cost information to ensure accurate forecasting and cash flow management.
  • Negotiate change orders with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Manage and review pay applications to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Contribute to value engineering exercises to optimize project costs and outcomes.
  • Track and monitor cost impacts and commitments to ensure project financial stability.
  • Ensure the timely negotiation of final accounts with clients.
  • Compile and maintain cost estimate records for benchmarking and performance evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $65K-$145K per year
