Key Responsibilities- Oversee the full lifecycle of geotechnical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and plans, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Perform geotechnical analysis and engineering calculations, providing technical oversight and guidance to junior staff.
- Supervise field exploration programs, interpret geotechnical data, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior engineers and project managers, promoting professional growth and development.
- Assist with business development efforts through community involvement and client engagement, promoting ECS Limited's values and culture.
- 5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong technical aptitude and knowledge of geotechnical principles.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience leading and developing engineering teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Business development experience, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- BS in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and certification.
