Regional Manager

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple fitness clubs within a designated region. Your primary goal will be to ensure that each club meets the company's standards for quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of General Managers to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor club performance and provide coaching and support as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the fitness industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
