Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols throughout the premises to maintain a secure environment.
  • Provide support and coverage for the gatehouse, ensuring all entry and exit protocols are followed.
  • Respond promptly to both emergency and routine service calls, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
  • Enforce traffic and parking regulations to ensure the safety of all residents and visitors.
  • Address medical emergencies with efficient care, utilizing established protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate reports of missing items, theft, vandalism, and other suspicious activities.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents.
  • Complete detailed incident reports using our online reporting system.
