Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with individuals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and behavioral modeling.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of symptoms and responses to interventions, working closely with the team to ensure effective support.
- Participate in the development of treatment plans, ensuring that individuals are at the center of the process and interventions are clinically based.
- Support individuals in their recovery and rehabilitation goals, providing specific interventions and supports as needed.
- Ensure the safety of individuals and the community by adhering to monitoring plans and supporting individuals in their daily lives.
- Administer and monitor medications in accordance with agency, DMH, and DPH regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ideal 2-3 years of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Tuesday-Saturday: 3pm-11pm (40 hours)
Sunday-Wednesday: 11am-9pm (40 hours)
Pay: $21/hour
OT over 40 hours worked: $31.50/hour
