We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist II to join our team at Eliot, a leading social service nonprofit in Massachusetts. As a key member of our ACCS team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with severe and persistent mental illness to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with individuals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and behavioral modeling.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of symptoms and responses to interventions, working closely with the team to ensure effective support.
  • Participate in the development of treatment plans, ensuring that individuals are at the center of the process and interventions are clinically based.
  • Support individuals in their recovery and rehabilitation goals, providing specific interventions and supports as needed.
  • Ensure the safety of individuals and the community by adhering to monitoring plans and supporting individuals in their daily lives.
  • Administer and monitor medications in accordance with agency, DMH, and DPH regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ideal 2-3 years of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday: 3pm-11pm (40 hours)

Sunday-Wednesday: 11am-9pm (40 hours)

Pay: $21/hour

OT over 40 hours worked: $31.50/hour
