Contract Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as a Contract Management Specialist in Phoenix, AZ.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative roles and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, generating reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $25-$32 per hour, depending on experience. The role is 40 hours a week, providing ample opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication with vendors and stakeholders
  • Accurate record-keeping and data entry
  • Generating reports and tracking progress
  • Collaborating with the team to meet project goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or vendor specialist capacity
  • Strong database management skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
