About the Role

As an HVAC Support Specialist at Reliant Air Conditioning, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer care to our residential clients. Your primary objective will be to provide unprecedented support and resolve any issues that may arise related to their heating and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on the features and benefits of our energy-saving products and services.
  • Assess service requests and resolve complex problems for our customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule service repairs and installations to ensure our customers' needs are met promptly.
  • Manage multiple conversations with customers simultaneously, providing clear and empathetic communication.
  • Utilize various software platforms to effectively handle all inquiries.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the service industry.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Prior HVAC-related experience is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver top-notch customer support.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrable strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and build effective relationships within the team.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
