Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Request Management: Complete resident and property service requests, ensuring that all work is done to a high standard and on time.
  • Supervisory Role: Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role, leading and managing a team of maintenance staff.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Pool and Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the pool, exterior lighting, and grounds, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Participate in preventative maintenance activities, including apartment inspections and filter changes.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
  • EPA or CPO Certification: EPA or CPO certification a plus.
