Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. This includes performing preventative maintenance on guest rooms, ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC systems, and other hotel facilities.
You will also be responsible for performing plumbing repairs, laundry equipment repairs, and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Additionally, you will be required to monitor energy conservation and repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC systems, and other hotel facilities
- Perform plumbing repairs, laundry equipment repairs, and other tasks as assigned
- Monitor energy conservation and repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state required
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific
