Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all store operations and staff while acting as Manager on Duty
  • Enhance sales performance through the training, development, and coaching of team members
  • Ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff by adhering to company policies
  • Promote a diverse culture grounded in teamwork and collaboration
  • Address issues and concerns, making informed decisions, and managing front-end operations to guarantee exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably in off-price or big box settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging demeanor
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Capability to lift and handle merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, along with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
