Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations and staff while acting as Manager on Duty
- Enhance sales performance through the training, development, and coaching of team members
- Ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff by adhering to company policies
- Promote a diverse culture grounded in teamwork and collaboration
- Address issues and concerns, making informed decisions, and managing front-end operations to guarantee exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at all times

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably in off-price or big box settings
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging demeanor
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Capability to lift and handle merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, along with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
