Campari America LLC is seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to maintaining and repairing electrical equipment in our facility.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Understand operational limits and safety aspects of equipment such as pumps, valves, and electrical systems
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/electronic devices
  • Monitor and maintain gas boiler and other equipment related to boiler house operation
  • Start up and operate various systems including deaerator tank and RO unit
  • Disassemble and reassemble pumps
  • Inspect equipment and lines for leaks and operational conditions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and GMP practices
  • Safely conduct lock-out/tag-out procedures
  • Identify and communicate risks associated with products and equipment
  • Implement continuous improvement actions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience Required

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Rockwell DCS system, PLCs, and National Electrical Code
  • Understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Industrial Maintenance Electrician Degree or Electrical License
  • NOCTI test certification
  • Forklift Certified

Skills

  • Ability to interpret instructions
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and customer service

Technical

  • Install electrical service and control wiring
  • Conduct material take-offs
  • Use electronic meters and instruments
