- Collaborate with the business development team to schedule lead introduction appointments and ensure seamless handoffs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to prospects
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to navigate complex sales conversations
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment
- Prior lead generation experience and a proven track record of success in sales
- $18-20 per hour, plus $25 commission for each qualified lead generated
- 2 weeks PTO eligible after 90 days of employment
- Health plans available after 90 days of employment
