About the Role

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization, specifically focused on behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients aged 13-18 requiring hospitalization for mental health emergencies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
