About the Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Principal AI Architect to spearhead our AI initiatives, pushing the boundaries of AI strategy and implementation. As a visionary leader, you'll guide teams to design, test, deploy, and refine AI models, incorporating MLOps and AIOps practices.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Architect Complex AI Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and transformative AI systems tailored to drive business outcomes in the TMT sector.
  2. Lead Technical Design and Deployment: Oversee the technical design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging cloud-native architectures for optimal data management and analytics.
  3. Extract Nuanced AI Requirements: Conduct technical deep-dive sessions to extract complex AI requirements, crystallizing them into robust execution plans with measurable success criteria.
  4. Enforce AI Governance Frameworks: Design for and enforce AI governance frameworks addressing ethical considerations, regulatory compliance, and robust security postures in solution design.
  5. Harness Cutting-Edge AI Methodologies: Leverage advanced AI methodologies, including computer vision and Gen AI/advanced Natural Language Processing, to deliver tangible improvements in client operations.
  6. Translate Complex Findings into Actionable Insights: Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for C-suite stakeholders employing advanced data visualization techniques.
  7. Drive Technical Growth of AI Engineers and Data Scientists: Instill best practices in software engineering, algorithm optimization, and systems integration among team members.
  8. Evaluate and Integrate Emergent AI Technologies: Maintain a competitive edge in the firm's service offerings by evaluating and integrating emergent AI technologies and methodologies.
  9. Serve as a Technical Authority on Data Architecture: Champion the adoption of modern data technologies for high-volume, high-velocity data ecosystems.
  10. Orchestrate AI Project Execution: Ensure precision in executing AI projects, adhering to technical specifications, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
  11. Maintain Expert-Level Understanding of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry-specific trends and technology advancements to inform strategic solution architecture.
  12. Cultivate Excellence within AI Project Teams: Promote a culture of technical rigor and collaborative problem-solving within AI project teams.
  13. Strategize and Steer Business Development Activities: Form enduring client partnerships through the delivery of impactful AI-driven solutions.
To Qualify for the Role
  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Hold a degree in computer science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence, along with 8-10 years' experience in industry or technology consulting.
  2. Deep Knowledge of AI Disciplines: Possess deep knowledge of AI disciplines, such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, speech-to-text, computer vision, etc.
  3. Ability to Design End-to-End AI Solutions: Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions including data collection, preprocessing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
  4. Exceptional Proficiency in Advanced Python Programming: Exceptionally proficient in advanced Python programming for AI.
  5. Hands-on Experience with Stable and Evolving AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with stable and evolving AI frameworks and design patterns.
  6. Deployment of AI Models in Production: Must have deployed AI models in Production.
  7. Demonstrated Leadership in Guiding Teams: Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams to design, test, deploy, and refine AI models, incorporating MLOps and AIOps practices.
  8. Practical Knowledge of AI Governance Principles: Practical knowledge of AI governance principles and implementation methodologies within AI pipelines and solutions.
  9. Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Project Management Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  10. Valid Driver's License and Willingness to Travel: A valid driver's license in the US; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs.
