We are seeking an experienced Sales Revenue Strategist to join our team at Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa. This role will be responsible for driving top-line revenue strategy for segments, staying ahead of market trends, and directing sales teams to meet budgeted revenues.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive top-line revenue growth for group, volume transient, and catering segments
  • Analyze market trends, share movement, and competitive hotel analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Act as the voice of the customer, communicating key issues and concerns across all levels of the organization
  • Utilize data from Smith Travel Research, financial P&L statements, mix of sales, forecasting, and hotel reporting to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement key segment strategies, manage key accounts, and design effective sales deployment schemes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership, with prior hotel sales experience
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with ownership groups and asset management
  • Proficiency in managing Marriott Sales Systems and PMS systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits package.
