Job Overview

Fath Management Company is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the upkeep and repair of our residential properties, particularly at Deer Hill in the Mt Washington area of Greater Cincinnati.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and resolving a variety of maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
  • Conducting maintenance in both occupied and vacant residential units.
  • Performing on-call duties as required.
  • Managing the procurement of supplies and maintaining an organized maintenance shop.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • HVAC certification (preferred).
  • A high school diploma, GED, or completion of a technical or trade school.
  • Experience in plumbing and electrical work.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential maintenance.
  • Leadership abilities are a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Physical capabilities to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and operate power tools.
