Job Summary

MMS Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a 78-unit residential property in Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily cleaning of common areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Reporting notable concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor, such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers
  • Keeping the property and parking lots in a neat and orderly manner, checking the property throughout the day
  • Performing other duties associated with the maintenance of the grounds as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, and carry
  • Adherence to work-safety and risk management programs
  • Professional and reliable demeanor
