We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough interviews with prospective clients to assess their claims and determine the best course of action.
- Managing intake campaigns, including maintaining reports and communicating with the litigation team.
- Conducting research to investigate prospective clients' claims and gathering necessary documentation.
- Onboarding new clients by sending necessary paperwork and creating initial case files.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in our data management system.
- Nurturing relationships with other law firms to grow referrals and expand our network.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
