Treasury Analyst

ASM Global is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bank accounts, reporting, analytics, and systems within the organization.

This role will focus on implementing efficient bank account management processes, including "KYC" procedures and ensuring seamless integration with the ERP system. The Treasury Analyst will also be responsible for cash flow reporting, forecasting, and coordinating with various departments to ensure effective cash management.

• Support the redesign and implementation of bank account management processes
• Implement "KYC" procedures and ensure efficient bank account management
• Assist with bank accounts administration, including paperwork and approval processing
• Participate in ERP system banking module setup and testing
• Coordinate new cash pooling infrastructure and provide central support for ad-hoc treasury needs
• Responsible for cash flow reporting, forecasting, and managing accurate forecasting periodically
• Coordinate with accounts payable, account receivable, and account reconciliation functions for efficient cash management
• Proactively support legal, tax, and procurement teams in timely cross-functional efforts
• Responsibility for tracking intercompany loan portfolio activity

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience)
• At least 1-2 years of relative experience in treasury background
• Strong financial analysis skills, including database query design and system reports development
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working proactively and independently in a results-driven environment
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Ability to identify and manage priorities
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
