Position Summary

Our Warehouse Supervisors play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our warehouse team. This individual should be passionate, innovative, and self-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The primary responsibilities include managing a team of 10-12 employees, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities involve:

  • Starting shifts between 5 PM and 6 PM.
  • Supervising warehouse activities and personnel.
  • Utilizing handheld devices for labeling and inventory management.
  • Hand-selecting orders across various temperature-controlled environments.
  • Stacking products on pallets according to established guidelines.
  • Operating electric pallet jacks or forklifts for product transportation.
  • Preparing selected pallets for loading at designated docks.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazardous conditions.
  • Maintaining sanitation standards as per company policies.
  • Conducting pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment.
  • Handling products weighing between 1 to 100 lbs and performing physical tasks such as bending and twisting.
  • Wrapping products securely for transport.
  • Participating in mandatory company and safety meetings.
Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
  • Exhibit professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to excel in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to build relationships with accounts and demonstrate a commitment to expanding business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record in achieving sales and distribution objectives.
  • Possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull multiple cases regularly.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to engage in activities such as sitting, typing, walking, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
  • May involve lifting, lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling items weighing up to 56 lbs.
