Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance daily living skills, social interactions, and community engagement.

- Monitor and report on individual progress, identifying areas for growth and development.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-year experience working with developmentally disabled populations; residential, health, or treatment-related settings a plus.
- Valid NYS Driver's License required.
