Compensation and Benefits
Our company offers a competitive compensation package of $21.09 per hour, which includes a base hourly pay rate of $18.55. In addition to this, we provide a $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS for live-in and Spanish-speaking aides. Our employees also receive a compensation package, including benefits such as flexible hours, weekly payment, direct deposit paycheck, paid time off, FREE Medical/Dental Insurance (including dependent children), and FREE Physical examination.

About the Job
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA), you will be responsible for providing personal care needs for clients, including dressing, bathing, and other daily activities. You will also assist with routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry, as well as visit clients in their homes and provide companionship.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must be at least 18 years old and have a Certified Home Health or Personal Care Aide certification with evidence of completion of a NYS Department of Health-approved program. You should also be able to lift up to 15 pounds and perform various physical tasks, including sitting, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, pulling, climbing, reaching, lifting, and performing repetitive movements of the upper extremities.
