Caregiver Support Specialist

Addus Homecare is a reputable provider of in-home care services, dedicated to supporting clients throughout Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our team.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including an hourly rate of $21.09, which includes $18.55 as the base pay rate. Additionally, eligible candidates may be entitled to a $1,000 sign-on bonus for live-in and Spanish-speaking aides. Our benefits also include flexible hours, weekly payments, direct deposit, paid time off, and free medical/dental insurance covering dependent children, along with free physicals and certification training.
ResponsibilitiesAs a PCA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their personal care needs, including dressing, bathing, and other daily activities. You will also provide routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry assistance. Furthermore, you will visit clients in their homes and offer companionship. Your role will require lifting up to 15 pounds and performing repetitive movements of the upper extremities.
RequirementsTo qualify for this position, you must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid certification as a Home Health or Personal Care Aide, and demonstrate completion of a NYS Department of Health-approved program.
