ICAC Investigator, OAG, Criminal Law Division Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ICAC Investigator to join our team at the Idaho Office of the Attorney General. As a sworn law enforcement position, this role will be responsible for investigating cases involving technology-facilitated crimes against children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing CyberTips received from electronic service providers
- Drafting and executing search warrants
- Conducting interviews and preparing reports
- Maintaining investigative case files and testifying in court
Requirements:
- Current Idaho POST Certification of Intermediate level or higher
- Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years law enforcement experience
- Above-average communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience investigating ICAC cases
- Familiarity with technology and technology-related investigations
