Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Verify and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, inventory movements, and discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the organization and maintenance of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that goods are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, with a focus on order fulfillment, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
