EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory (as per CAP requirements). Candidates should possess extensive experience across various healthcare domains or specialized fields, with a minimum of 10 years in nursing practice. It is essential to fulfill the criteria for the Staff Nurse III career ladder in the relevant area. Holding a current Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association is highly advantageous.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Active Registered Nurse licensure from the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas is a prerequisite for this position.
