Senior Space Systems Engineer Level 3

BryceTech is seeking an experienced IDIQ program manager to support our US Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) customer.
Customer Background InformationSpace Domain Awareness & Combat Power is the Space Systems Command Program Executive Office (PEO) focused on delivering cyber, ground- and space-based systems that rapidly detect, warn, characterize, attribute, and predict threats to national, allied, and commercial space systems, while also providing National Security deterrence capabilities countering those identified threats to prevail in a space conflict.
Job Responsibilities- Advise and assist the Government on test and operations, providing advisory and assistance support on test documents, planning, events, requirements, and data for Developmental and Operational Testing.
- Provide analytical and operational engineering support to current and future developmental and operational units, supporting operational mission planning, mission protection, and anomaly engineering.
- Support data and signal collection, processing, storage, archiving, analysis, and lessons learned to support test, on-going operations, and future concept developments upon request.
- Develop draft intelligence requirements and staffing packages, provide advisement on intelligence reports, translate program requirements into intelligence needs and requirements, and recommend courses of action to support mission-related activities.
- Maintain awareness of current program schedule, monitor acquisition implementation, report requirement shortfalls, and provide a program assessment based on the identified risks.
- Advise the Government program manager on technical engagements, to include but not limited to, technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program conferences, video teleconferences, telecons, working groups, and informational meetings.
- Provide technical and operational insight to support mission protection, operations, and mission data assessments, recommending viable solutions for technical anomalies.
- Provide engineering and technical expertise to support ongoing and new/advanced Command and Control (C2) efforts, integrating those efforts with and into the classified portfolio.
- Advise and assist the Government on test and operations, providing advisory and assistance support on test documents, planning, events, requirements, and data for Developmental and Operational Testing.
- Provide analytical and operational engineering support to current and future developmental and operational units, supporting operational mission planning, mission protection, and anomaly engineering.

Educational Requirements: MA/MS
Experience Requirements:
- Over 10 years of relative experience.
- Experience with the MS Office Suite of Tools.
- Highly knowledgeable in classified space control space, ground, and C2 systems (concepts, development, build, and test).
- Highly knowledgeable in space control-related technologies, including but not limited to, electromagnetic spectrum, signal processing, comms.
- Highly knowledgeable in developing and managing technical requirements and space system acquisition efforts.
- Highly knowledgeable in electronic attack technologies and system design implementation.
- Capable of design and architecture analysis and management of modeling and simulation activities.
- Highly knowledgeable in classified space control systems engineering processes and procedures, including but not limited to requirements development, configuration control, and government Deficiency Review (DR) board establishment, execution, and DR disposition and management.
Must have TS/SCI and have current SCI access. Position is contingent on BryceTech winning a prime bid on the USSF SSC HEMISPHERE contract and subsequent TOs.
