Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate invoices daily, managing workflow to ensure deadlines are met, and providing administrative support to our field employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and submitting invoices on a daily basis
- Managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Scheduling inspections for field employees
- Implementing programs as directed by management
- Preparing memos, emails, and reports as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, plus benefits, is offered for this position. Located in multiple states throughout the USA.
