In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring customers leave our store or interact with our team with a smile on their faces. Your primary duties will involve engaging with customers, processing orders, and collaborating with the Point of Sales System. Your goal is to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing personalized support and ensuring timely resolutions to any issues.
Daily Responsibilities- Warmly greet customers and foster a connection through open communication and attentive service.
- Efficiently process customer orders, utilizing our state-of-the-art technology and Point of Sales System.
- Maintain a pristine and organized store environment, which includes tidying up and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Closely review orders for precision and adhere to high-quality standards.
- You should possess exceptional time-management and multitasking skills.
- You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- A basic understanding of safe food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures is necessary.
- A willingness to adapt to non-traditional schedules, including nights and weekends, is a requirement.
- You should demonstrate superb customer service skills.
- You should be capable of receiving direction from management and contributing to a unified team effort.
