Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve equipment and process challenges.
- Calibrate machinery to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Evaluate equipment performance and maintain detailed records.
- Support production processes, product innovation, and testing activities.
- Assemble, modify, install, and connect supplementary equipment.
- Employ electronic testing tools for effective troubleshooting.
- Oversee the maintenance of vision systems.
- Interpret and analyze PLC ladder diagrams.
- Transfer electronic data to machinery.
- Troubleshoot industrial machinery utilizing PLC ladder logic.
- Comply with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
- Adhere to OSHA, fire safety, and EPA guidelines.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- 5-7 years of relevant maintenance experience or equivalent education.
- Associate's Degree in Industrial or Electrical Maintenance Technology is preferred.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and technical skills.
- Hands-on experience with metal fabrication.
- Proficient in the use of maintenance tools, machining equipment, and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Commitment to teamwork and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of electric motors, conveyors, gears, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- HVAC and welding experience are advantageous.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and company policies.
