Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at Lear Corporation EEDS & Interiors. As a key member of our Production department, you will be responsible for assembling and/or fitting parts together to form complete units or subassemblies at a bench or a conveyor line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts and/or components to build various sections of seats.
  • Handle, install, position, and move materials, and manipulate parts and/or equipment.
  • Identify information by categorizing, estimating, and/or recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
  • Inspect seat equipment, structures, or materials to identify repair needs or other problems or defects.
  • Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements of drug screen, physical, and background check.

Work Schedule:

Three Shifts begins at 6:30AM, 2:30PM AND 10:30PM Saturdays are required with occasional Sunday hours, shifts may vary.
