  • You will be responsible for providing high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.">
  • Your primary goal will be to promote positive patient outcomes by coordinating patient care with the interdisciplinary team, while also communicating effectively with patients and their families.">
  • In this role, you will have the flexibility to float between Manchester Memorial and Rockville General Hospitals, allowing you to gain valuable experience and build your skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.">

About the Role:

  • ">
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience required">
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing">
  • Possesses basic computer skills">
  • Must be able to work at both Manchester Memorial Hospital and Rockville General Hospital">

Compensation:

We offer an estimated salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This competitive compensation package includes benefits such as a 401(k) with a 2% match, annual BSN Bonus, certification bonuses, and career ladders with monetary rewards.
