Job Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Communication: Maintain accurate and clear communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Documentation: Collect and report data, and assist with documentation of patient information.
  • Transportation: Safely transport patients to other departments or areas within the facility.
Requirements
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent; completion of certified nursing assistant program preferred but not required.
  • Certification: Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification upon hire or completion of classroom education on Nurse Aide competencies within the new employee introductory orientation period.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 based on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
