Insurance Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Piedmont Group. As an Insurance Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our insurance professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
