Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at DCH Health Systems. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our department by providing clerical support services and coordinating various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
  • Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling and logistics
  • Provide operational support services, such as answering phones and responding to inquiries
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
