Administrative Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at DCH Health Systems. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our department by providing clerical support services and coordinating various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
- Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling and logistics
- Provide operational support services, such as answering phones and responding to inquiries
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
