Key Responsibilities
* Manage human resource functions, including payroll, benefits, and training programs
* Perform administrative duties, including marketing initiatives and creating Board packages
* Manage employee files and provide support for various administrative tasks
* Provide audit information and support for other administrative tasks
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
