Job SummaryAs an Administrative Assistant at the Tuscaloosa VA Federal Credit Union, you will play a vital role in supporting the back-office activities of the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing human resource functions, such as biweekly and monthly payroll, administering employee benefits, and monitoring training programs. You will also be responsible for administrative duties, including marketing initiatives, creating monthly Board packages, and managing employee files. Additionally, you will provide support for various administrative tasks, such as filing, meeting preparation, and providing audit information.
