About the Job

As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist at Kelly Services, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments. You will also manage customer invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations. Additionally, you will prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
