The University of Georgia's College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty as a clinical track, tenure track, or tenured faculty member in veterinary neurology. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our neurology service, while also advancing your own career and research goals.
Responsibilities- Teach and provide service in the Veterinary Teaching Hospital
- Teach pre-clinical didactic and laboratory courses in neurology to veterinary students
- Actively participate in the training of neurology and non-neurology house officers
- Develop a research program, which can be independent or collaborative
- Candidates must have a DVM or equivalent degree
- Completed or be in the process of completing an approved residency of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine or European College of Veterinary Neurology
- Board certification or be eligible for board certification
