Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at Residence Inn Pigeon Forge. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeepers to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our hotel.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of housekeepers to ensure the efficient and effective completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of clean rooms to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Communication: Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure directives are met and communicate effectively with the housekeeping team.
  • Training and Development: Assist new housekeepers with onboarding and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve any issues that may arise in the rooms.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that any problems in the room are corrected before the room is reported clean to the front desk.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
