About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at HHS. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative food programs that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a highly trained and motivated team of culinary professionals
  • Design and implement creative menus that meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, production planning, and scheduling to ensure budget compliance and efficient operations
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary program
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in fine dining establishments, hotels, resorts, and/or country clubs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fully competent with Microsoft Office, ordering platforms, and email communications
