FFT-CW Program Director

At Life Changing Solutions LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FFT-CW Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to non-licensed staff, ensuring individual development and proper caseload management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision to non-licensed staff, promoting individual development and proper caseload management.
- Responsible for program admissions, transitions, and discharges, ensuring seamless client care.
- Perform ongoing case analysis through CSS and Notenetic, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Complete comprehensive initial psychosocial assessments and assign proper diagnosis, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Complete reassessments as required by the state and MCOs, maintaining compliance and quality standards.
- Serve as the leader of the team, developing individual treatment plans with clients and ensuring effective implementation.
- Complete initial authorization request forms for clients, upon admission to the program, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Complete clinical reviews as requested or required by MCO(s), maintaining compliance and quality standards.
- Gather information for re-assessments and ensure appropriate documentation and signatures, maintaining accurate and timely records.
- Enforce program policies and procedures to ensure agency compliance, upholding the highest standards of care.
- Be available on-call for clients when needed, providing 24/7 support and care.
- Complete documentation for assessments and assessment scales within 48 hours of the session, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Prepare and write accurate progress notes, progress summaries, and other documents related to services provided to the client, submitting paperwork for clinical supervision.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and be provisionally licensed, with an active and good-standing license.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, with minimal direct supervision.
- Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to communicate orally and verbally.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines for data entry, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Abide by agency's policies and procedures, upholding confidentiality, incident reporting, FWA, code of ethics, non-discrimination, and other essential standards.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to diagnose individuals according to DSM standards, developing and executing effective treatment plans.
- Must be able to supervise and instruct non-licensed clinicians appropriately, promoting individual development and proper caseload management.
- Ability to obtain CPR certification within 45 days if position is offered, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
The FFT-CW Supervisor typically works in an office environment, but some services may be provided in a community-based setting. Travel to homes may be required, with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
