Overview:
This is a full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week) based in our financial center.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience at the Financial Center with enthusiasm and dedication while processing customer transactions and promoting bank products and services.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with transactions accurately and in line with bank policies and procedures.
Be accountable for promoting products and services at the Financial Center. Identify, demonstrate, and follow through on referral opportunities. Engage in relationship-building conversations with customers to ensure their needs are met and appropriate products/services are suggested.
Manage risk by adhering to relevant regulations and company policies, including operational, security, and settlement procedures.
Utilize practical knowledge of digital solutions and technology to assist customers and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience: 6 to 12 months of customer service experience (required).
6 to 12 months of cash handling experience (preferred).
Other Duties as Assigned by Manager:
This role may include additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

This includes, but is not limited to, recognizing and addressing compliance risks within their departments, ensuring adherence to applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance concerns to the appropriate management level.

We establish standard salary ranges for our roles based on position, function, and responsibilities, benchmarked against similar companies in our industry.
Specific compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.
The salary range may vary based on geographic location.The hourly rate for this position is $20.72.
