Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Store Solutions Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sheetz, Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our store-level employees, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Calls and Documenting Concerns: Respond to incoming phone calls from store-level employees, accurately document concerns and issues, and triage or route them accordingly.
  • Assisting with Entry-Level Calls: Provide support for basic entry-level inquiries, including requests for service and service updates from outside vendors.
  • Routing and Escalating Calls: Route and escalate calls to specific corporate departments or Store Solutions Technical Support Representatives who can address issues and answer questions.
  • Maintaining Communication: Establish and maintain communication between stores and Store Solutions Technical Support Representatives as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to standards and guidelines to maintain and improve quality.
  • Vendor Communication: Contact outside vendors to request service and updates, and follow proper escalation procedures when necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None required.
  • Tools & Equipment: General office equipment.
