- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our home decor products and services, ensuring you can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and product issues promptly and effectively, working closely with the customer service team and other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, order management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and office fax machines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background screen.
