Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Laboratory Support Technician to join our team in Lab Administration-Ankeny. As a key member of our laboratory team, you'll be responsible for processing laboratory specimens, evaluating specimen acceptability, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Process laboratory specimens for testing and evaluate specimen acceptability
- Enter patient and test information into the computer and respond to requests for information from customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our laboratory team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
