About the Role:

ActionLink is seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our Dyson Sales Team as an in-store expert at a leading retailer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Dyson Brand: Promote their premium line of homecare products and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays 10:30am - 7:00pm, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Demonstrate: Showcase why Dyson products are pioneering time-savers and top quality, highlighting their innovative features and benefits.
  • Boost Sales: Delight customers with engaging consultations and expert advice, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Empower Store Teams: Train store personnel to confidently share Dyson information with customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Visual Excellence: Help maintain eye-catching product displays that showcase Dyson's innovation and style.
  • Stay Informed: Participate in training sessions and team calls to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales strategies, and company initiatives.
  • Share Your Experience: Provide feedback and insights on customer interactions and sales performance, helping to improve the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations is required, ensuring timely and efficient attendance.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ownership and operation of a smart device for reporting and communication is necessary, staying connected and informed.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods is required, ensuring a high level of energy and productivity.
  • Availability: Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays every weekend is necessary, ensuring a consistent and reliable schedule.
