Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team in a K-12 special education school in Kansas City, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend IEP and evaluation meetings to develop and implement behavior plans
  • Provide counseling services to students based on their individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Connect families with outside resources to support their child's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement behavior plans
  • Collect and analyze data to inform behavior plans and report on student progress

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist in a school setting (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check
