Grocery Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Retail Associate to join our team at Amazon Fresh. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including unloading trucks and organizing stockroom.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining a clean and attractive store appearance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to understand and perform duties safely in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods.
